To be a certified Arkansas Medical Staffing Nurse, our nurses have to meet our standards that include but are not limited to: Background checks, Adult and Child Maltreatment clearance with DHS/OLTC; written competence testing, pre-employment and random drug testing, up to date immunizations, and current state nursing license with verification that each nurse is in good standing with the State Board of Nursing. Arkansas Medical Staffing continues to conduct searches on a monthly basis to insure that our nurses remain within nursing standards and meet required levels of practice. We have an extensive hiring process, and due to our high standards, not everyone is hired to be on our team.
